How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $5.99 is applied at checkout.
What is Kenmo's return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your fit. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Kenmo accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible orders.
