Returns & Exchanges

At Kenmo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kenmo account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
